Creating the perfect samosa doesn't have to be a challenge – just follow our easy steps!

Start by kneading a tight or stiff dough – don't overwork it and mix the oil with flour at least 5-6 times to make sure your samosas come out crisp. Let the dough rest for 40-60 minutes before rolling it into thin balls. Make sure you don't use any flour while rolling it and a little oil can help you get an even shape.

When it comes to frying, always keep the flame low – no matter how long it takes. This will make sure that your samosas have plenty of blisters and are cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
