Panner Bhurji Recipe | breakfast panner bhurji | Instant panner bhurji detailed recipe.  Paneer Bhurji is a classic North Indian breakfast dish made with crumbled Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese). This simple, delicious, and easy-to-make paneer recipe is similar to egg bhurji or anda bhurji for vegetarians or those who don't eat eggs. This Indian paneer curry is widely enjoyed and can be accompanied with roti, naan, or chapathi. It is one of the simplest and tastiest recipes. Unlike other paneer gravies, this is a dry version with scrambled paneer and without tomato or onion sauce.
