Maggie manchurian recipe | noodles manchurian recipe | manchurian maggie step by step recipe. On Saturday nights, I like to make an Indo-Chinese dish, and with the gravy, I try to make it different. Cauliflower or cheese-based Manchurian can be repetitive, and I look for other options such as noodles or cabbage-based. Adding Maggi tastemaker gives an extra kick of spice, and the Maggi noodles balls can also be served as a snack without the sauce. Here are some tips, suggestions and variations to make it more interesting.

Step 1 : Firstly, in a pan, bring 1 ½ cup water and 2 packs of Maggi Tastemaker to a boil.

Step 2 : Crush 2 packs of Maggi noodles into boiling water.

Step 3 : Once the noodles are cooked well, transfer them to a large bowl.

Step 4 : Add 2 tbsp of onion, 2 tbsp of carrot, 2 tbsp of cabbage, 2 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of spring onion, and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

Step 5 : Season with 1 tsp of chilli sauce, ½ tsp of salt, and mix well.

Step 6 : Add ½ cup of cornflour and stir gently, forming a soft dough.

Step 7 : Grease your hands with oil and prepare ball-sized Manchurian balls, rolling each one in crushed Maggi.
Step 8 : Deep fry the balls in medium hot oil until golden brown, then drain and set aside.

Step 9 : In a large wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil and sauté 2 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, 1 chilli, and 2 tbsp of spring onion.

Step 10 : Add ½ onion and ½ capsicum and stir fry on high flame.

Step 14 : Boil the sauce until it thickens slightly

Step 15 : Then drop in the prepared noodle balls.

Step 16 : Mix well and enjoy!

Don't overcook the maggi, or it will become too soft and soak up too much oil. Add vegetables for a nutritious and delicious dish. For a dryer version of the manchurian, avoid adding water to the sauce.  Enjoy the meal hot to get the best flavor.
