for sweet crunch (praline):

▢½ cup jaggery
▢2 tbsp water
▢1 tsp butter
▢2 tbsp cashew / kaju (chopped)

for ice cream:

▢2 cup heavy cream
▢3 drops yellow food colour
▢1 cup condensed milk / milkmaid
▢1 tsp butterscotch essence


sweet crunch / praline preparation:

Step 1: First, combine 1/2 cup jaggery with 2 tbsp water on a pan.

Step 2: Jaggery should be stirred and dissolved while the flame is on medium.

Step 3: When the jaggery has melted, add 1 teaspoon of butter and stir well.

Step 4: Boil the syrup for 6-7 minutes, or until it foams. 

Step 5: Drop some syrup into a basin of water to test the consistency; 

Step 6: It should form a hardball and snap when cut. else, boil for one another minute and then check.

Step 7: Additionally, add 2 tablespoons of cashews and stir well.

Step 8: Over a greased dish, pour the mixture, and let it cool fully.

Step 9: Put the pieces in a zip-top bag after breaking them up.

Step 10: The praline should be broken apart. put aside.

Step 1: First, combine 2 cups heavy cream with 3 drops yellow food colouring in a big dish.

Step 28: Beat at a slow pace. The cream can simply be whisked with a whisk.

Step 3: Until firm peaks form, beat.

Step 4: Now add 1 cup condensed milk and 1 teaspoon butterscotch flavour. If butterscotch essence is not 

Step 5: Available, vanilla extract can be replaced.

Step 6: When everything is thoroughly incorporated, beat and mix.

 First, use heavy cream; else, the ice cream won't be creamy.
Additionally, adjust the condensed milk quantity to your desired sweetness.
Praline is often made with sugar. I used jaggery to add a nutritious twist to my preparation. It tastes delicious, I guarantee you.
